Hi, I'm Emma, the owner and creative designer behind Louise & Leigh.

Based in beautiful coastal Hervey Bay, Queensland, I design and create handmade accessories with love and care.

Creativity has always been a part of who I am. I spent 14 years dancing, and during those years I developed a love for handmade accessories. As a young dancer, I was always searching for fun and unique hair scrunchies. When I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, I started making my own.

When the world changed in 2020, my career in Event Management came to an unexpected halt. In 2021, my sister introduced me to the world of Polymer Clay, opening the door to a whole new creative journey.

What began as a hobby quickly grew into something more, and Louise & Leigh was born. The name combines my sister's middle name and my own, making it a meaningful reflection of the family behind the brand.

Louise & Leigh is truly a family affair. My sister helps make beautiful Polymer Clay gradients, while my mum lends her sewing expertise behind the scenes. Together, we bring each handmade piece to life with love and attention to detail and I hope that comes through in every accessory that finds its way to its new home.

My packing team includes two very special assistants - Eddie & Meeko!  My furry co-workers are always nearby, providing plenty of enthusiasm and are always ready to lend a paw.
